When is the best time to scan a document when using the customer service screens? Can I initiate scanning by using a function key?

USSI suggests that once you have received a document, you should enter the pertinent information into the InsurancePlus Customer Service screen, scan and attach the document, and then follow-up the scan with a note to the next user that follows.

We have had a lot of luck scanning while you are entering the customer service information. You can also use the electronic in-basket feature to scan into your workflow and go from there.
